Responsibilities include:

• Harvesting flower crops using proper harvest techniques and post-harvest treatments to fill daily orders
• Assisting with flower arranging, according to pre-arranged recipes, as needed for events and holidays
• Other tasks, as needed

The ideal candidate:

• Can work outside in all types of weather
• Works and learns quickly
• Physically fit enough to bend, lift physical loads weighing up to 20lbs, and stand for extended period of time
• Hardworking, energetic and self-motivated
• Reliable & Punctual
• While past experience is not necessary, a keen interest in plants and gardening is a bonus

Part-time hours are based on the time of the season. You can expect the following:

• Working on Mondays and Thursdays (and some Tuesdays or Fridays for events)
• Working 3-6 hrs/week in May, August, September, & November
• Working 6-15hrs/week in June, July & October

Compensation starts at $18/hr, dependent on experience. Additionally, contractors are welcome to any flowers and produce grown on the farm, as well as a 30% discount on all other products sold by re.Planted Farm.
