The evening will begin with a behind-the-scenes tour of our market gardens, and end with a series of meals using ingredients from the garden. We’ll dive into the correlation between healthy soil and a healthy gut and learn how we can cultivate a diverse ecosystem of gut bacteria to improve your overall health.
