July 18: The Art of the Handtied Bouquet Workshop

You’re invited to join us as we savour the height of the Ottawa Valley flower season in our gardens on Thursday, July 18 from 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
During this intimate hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of crafting European-style spiral hand-tied bouquets with fresh-cut flowers from our farm. Our technique is timeless and used to create our custom floral arrangements for events and weddings.
After a quick walk around the urban farm to gather some extra special blooms, you’ll be led through a detailed demonstration. You will then craft your own bouquets and finish them with satin ribbons, or tissue wrap or place them in a vase for an easy arrangement to take home.
